Grand Growth
Duration: 120–150 days
Rapid elongation of stems. High water and nutrient demand.
Maturity
Duration: 60–90 days
Stems mature and accumulate sugar. Reduce irrigation.
Harvest

Harvest when Brix reaches optimum level. Cut at ground level.
